Al Hummar Residential Compound sits on a hill in west Amman directly adjacent from three sides to a pine forest. The villas were set out in harmony with the natural slope and the masterplan allowed for best views for all residents. The project included children play grounds, landscaped areas and a Clubhouse. The architecture reflects the spirit and warmth of mountain homes. This is reflected in the well-proportioned façade design, the use of natural local stone and red tiled roofs. The project includes a variation of villa sizes carefully planned to enjoy maximum use of space.
